This intensive eight session training offered by the Community Loan Fund and the College of Saint Rose will help you learn what you need to know to start and run a successful business. Topics covered include: developing a business plan; strategic planning; marketing; sales forecasting and legal and tax issues. Tuition is $160 and includes materials and refreshments.
